The technique is designed to relieve stress on the entire spinal cord by applying gentle pressure on the base of the skull. The test to determine if this is necessary is non-invasive and painless and usually takes 5-15 minutes to perform. You may feel relief of some of your symptoms just from the testing if these procedures can help you.
The pain and symptoms from these conditions stems from stress on the central nervous system. That stress can be triggered by a number of factors including physical trauma (recent or in the past), chemical toxicity (including heavy metal poisoning), psychological stress, hormone imbalances or genetic predispositions. If the intital testing shows that you could be accepted as a patient, additional testing will be run to track down the triggers that are causing the problem to begin with.
